A few more details: The
picnic tables have umbrella holes, but no umbrella’s. We may have someone
bringing a few patio umbrellas. If you have one you’d like to bring, feel
free to do so, as it looks like Saturday may be a hot one. There is a
little bit of tree cover on one side just outside the picnic table area, and
there is no problem bringing lawn chairs if you want to do so.
In
addition to the beach swimming, there is also a swimming pool above the picnic
table area that operates on a per-use basis. All-day optional access to
the pool is $3.50 per person for anyone interested. (Pool rules similar
to beach rules with regard to accompanying small children).
A little rain never ruined a
lake day. All day rain and/or heavy storms could. If in doubt,
